Where it all Started

I didn’t start in fitness—I began in the corporate world as a network engineer. After five years in IT, I realized my true passion was fitness, performance, and pushing limits, so I chose purpose over comfort.

With 10+ years of experience and being a ISSA certified personal trainer my journey evolved from powerlifting to calisthenics and into competitive bodybuilding. I placed 4th at the NPC South India Nationals in both Bodybuilding and Men’s Physique.

Beyond personal achievements, my mission is transforming lives—helping people shift from sedentary habits to becoming strong and confident.
